The mighty Siobhan Davies Dance currently have a group exhibition titled Connect & Grow on at the Garden Museum in South London – It has some great work that ties in with the company’s recent Human Nature season featuring Pari Naderi, Ulrike Oberlack, Sarah Adams, Sonia Davin-Smith and John Watts’ work.
As part of the opening night Next Choreography participants created a work called Scatter that involved three dancers and a load of leaves. It was a beautiful piece that resinated with the Garden Museum’s space, and the the theme of the exhibition. I got to shoot the rehearsals and live performance at the private view.
Connect & Grow exhibition is on until 19th Feb 2015 at the Garden Museum, Lambeth Palace Rd, London. A must see.
